I The brief

Storms, shingles, and the people behind the work.

Two hundred and eight Google reviews. A perfect five-star average. Customers in Moore, Norman, Edmond and the wider Oklahoma City metro return to name Jeff, Heath and Andrew — not the company, but the people inside it. This page is an editorial portrait of Palladium Roofing in their own customers’ voices: hail, fortified shingles, gutter color matched to the roof, and an evening rescheduled when a husband was in the hospital.

II The work

Residential, commercial, and storm work documented clearly.

Palladium’s own site names residential roofing, commercial roofing, storm damage, and FORTIFIED roofing. The team’s habit is the same either way: look at the roof, photograph the condition, explain the damage in plain language, and only then talk about repair or replacement.

III The standard

The record, set on a single line.

IV The words

Five customers, quoted verbatim from Google.

Great company and fast response time. Jeff West was very thorough with his analysis and pictures to get insurance company to agree with total loss. They even replaced my entire gutter system with same color as roof. Highly recommend!

I met with Heath at Palladium Roofing and was instantly put at ease by his expertise and professionalism. Plus, he’s just a great all-around guy who wants to help people! If you ask me, it can’t get any better than that when you’re looking for someone to repair or replace the roof on your family’s largest asset! Highly recommend!

Highly recommend Palladium Roofing. We worked with Andrew and his team to get a fortified roof with shingles that were better equipped for hail and wind resistance. They managed our skylights and installed ventilation for two separate attic spaces. They were a pleasure to do business with. Check them out for all your roofing needs.

Palladium Roofing did great work and good clean up. They also were very kind and accommodating when my husband was in the hospital. Staff checked in with us, rescheduled, and over showed great kindness during a difficult time. Thank you all for your hard work.

V The process

Three steps, in the order they actually happen.

I.

A roof check, on a day that suits you.

We meet you at the house, walk every roof plane, and photograph anything a future adjuster will want to see. If hail has hit the area, we say so plainly. If your roof has another decade in it, we say that too.

Allow about an hour · No fee · No pressure

II.

Findings & options, written down.

You receive photographs, a written summary, and — when a claim is in the picture — a damage report formatted for your insurance carrier. Replacement, repair, or wait-and-watch: we lay out the three honest paths and what each one costs.

Documents delivered within 48 hours

III.

The work, scheduled and finished cleanly.

A crew arrives on the date you confirmed. Landscaping is covered, magnets sweep the yard for nails at end of day, and the gutters get matched in color to the new roof. You are kept in the loop while it happens, not afterward.

VI Begin a conversation

Tell us about the roof.

A short note is enough — the address, what you are seeing, when you noticed it. We will reach out on the same day if it is before 5 pm, or first thing in the morning otherwise. If a storm has just come through and the matter is urgent, calling directly is the faster path.

A note to Palladium.

Four short fields. We answer every one, the same day when possible.
